MOONLIGHT SKI & DINE
Back again in 2026!! Join us every Friday and Saturday for dinner, après ski. You'll cross-country ski [mostly] downhill 1500 vertical feet, 4% grade, 11 miles from Dutchman Flat/Mt. Bachelor to Elk Lake Resort where we'll have a hot meal and a warm fire waiting for you. After dinner we'll load you and your skis onto our snowcat for a moonlit ride back to Dutchman Flat Sno-Park.
We recommend classic skiers get started by 3:30pm, and skate skiers get started by 4:30pm; Plan to arrive at the resort by 6:30pm for dinner. Return trip leaves from the resort after everyone has had time to eat @ approximately 7:30pm.
Reservations for dinner are not required but please secure your return trip (departing ~7:30pm) on our snowcat here. We also have our private 5 passenger CanAm tracked vehicle available as well, more info here. These trips always book quickly!!

VALENTINE'S DINNER 2/14
Join us for a unique and romantic winter experience. We're offering a special Valentine's dinner in our newly restored historic lodge. Ride in on your own sleds or in our heated snowcat 11-miles along the Cascade Lakes Highway to the resort.
Upon arrival at Elk Lake Resort, you’ll enjoy a fireside 3-course dinner in the lodge and unique wine pairings to suit. You'll depart back to Dutchman Flat by snowcat or sled at approximately 7:30pm.
