NEW YEARS DINNER & CHAMPAGNE TOAST 12/31
Join us for a special New Years dinner in our newly restored historic lodge. Ride in on your own sleds or in our heated snowcat 11-miles along the Cascade Lakes Highway to the resort.
Upon arrival at Elk Lake Resort, you’ll enjoy dinner by the roaring wood-stove in the lodge with a champagne toast (and complimentary refills!) as the NYC ball drops @ 9pm (12am EST). You'll depart from the resort back to Dutchman's Flat by snowcat or sled at approx. 9:20pm.

FULL MOON SKI & DINE
Back again in 2026!! Join us for dinner on January 3rd, February 1st, and March 3rd for a delicious meal, après ski. You'll cross-country ski [mostly] downhill 1500 vertical feet, 4% grade, 11 miles from Dutchman Flat/Mt. Bachelor to Elk Lake Resort where we'll have a hot meal and a warm fire waiting for you. After dinner we'll load you and your skis onto our snowcat for a moonlit ride back to Dutchman Flat Sno-Park.
We recommend classic skiers get started by 3:30pm, and skate skiers get started by 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive at the resort by 7:30pm; the return trip leaves from the resort at approximately 8:30pm.
Reservations for dinner are not required but please secure your return trip (Approx 8:30 pm) on our snowcat here. We also have our private 5 passenger CanAm tracked vehicle available as well, more info here. These trips always book quickly!!

VALENTINE'S DINNER 2/14
Join us for a unique and romantic winter experience. We're offering a special Valentine's dinner in our newly restored historic lodge. Ride in on your own sleds or in our heated snowcat 11-miles along the Cascade Lakes Highway to the resort.
Upon arrival at Elk Lake Resort, you’ll enjoy a fireside 3-course dinner in the lodge and unique wine pairings to suit. You'll return to Dutchman Flat by snowcat or sled at approximately 7pm.
Price per person: $85 | $120 w/ wine pairing
