MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 4 PERSONS

Our five vintage 1940's cabins reflect the long history of the resort and offer a simple, classic cabin experience near Elk Lake.

Each cabin features two bedrooms furnished with new mattresses and new furniture, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. While the cabins are older and fairly basic, they provide the essentials needed for a convenient stay close to the lake.

Your stay includes the convenience of private parking and access to a basic camping-style kitchen equipped with essential cooking supplies, including a microwave, stove and oven, and refridgerator. Inside, each cabin includes a private bathroom with a shower, along with fresh linens, and towels. The kitchen space is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, silverware, and utensils for your group, along with standard cookware such as pots and pans. (Bakeware is not provided.) A coffee maker is not included in the cabins, but guests are welcome to enjoy the coffee station available down at the Lodge.

Cabins 17 and 18 each include one queen bed and two twin beds. Cabins 19, 20, & 25 feature two queen beds.   Cabin 25 is conveniently located next to our largest cabin, Cabin 26, for extra large groups.

Outside, each cabin has a seasonal campfire ring where guests can enjoy an evening under the stars.  These cabins provide a practical and nostalgic stay for those who appreciate the charm of vintage lake cabins.

Up to two vehicles may be parked at these cabins. Tents and pop-up shade tents are not allowed. Additional vehicles can be parked in the upper parking lot after paying the parking fee.

To help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, portable grilling/portable stoves are only permitted at campground sites with reservations and for guests using the DayDock resort BBQ. Grilling/Stoves are not allowed in any other areas of the resort. Please do not bring personal grills or stoves onto the property unless you have a campground reservation or day dock rental where grilling is permitted.

Instead, we encourage guests to relax and enjoy the convenience of our restaurant and bar, where you can take in the lake views while enjoying freshly prepared meals, snacks, and beverages during your visit.

Grand CABINS

#22 & #23

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 10 PERSONS

These are the two newest cabins on the resort property, thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, space, and beautiful views of the lake. Each cabin features three bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to ten guests, making them ideal for families or small groups looking to relax together in a peaceful setting. Please note that lake views may be partially obstructed by surrounding trees. Due to forest management restrictions and seasonal foliage, the extent of the lake view can vary throughout the year.

Inside, the cabins have been furnished with all-new mattresses and furniture, creating a fresh and welcoming space to unwind after a day outdoors. The open interior is highlighted by vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, propane fireplace, and large picturesque windows that bring in natural light and frame the surrounding scenery. Each cabin includes a full bathroom with a tub, along with a large private deck overlooking the lake where guests can relax and take in the view.  Fresh linens and towels are also provided for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

A spacious mud room offers plenty of room to store winter snow gear, summer lake equipment, and other outdoor essentials. For added convenience, the cabin is equipped with a washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh clothing and gear during your stay.

The large fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and gather together. These deluxe cabins include many of the comforts of home, including a full-size serving bar, range with oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffeemaker, dishwasher, flatware, cutlery, and dinnerware needed to prepare simple camp-style meals during your stay. Guests are welcome to bring their own coffee or enjoy the complete coffee station available at the Lodge.

Outside, unwind on your private deck and take in the peaceful forest setting and partial views of Elk Lake. Depending on the season and foliage, the extent of the lake view may vary. A seasonal BBQ is available on the deck for outdoor cooking, and we provide the propane. Whether you're seeking a quiet family escape or a basecamp for adventure, these cabins invite you to relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature. Please note that these cabins do not have a fire ring due to the slope of the land.

Signature Cabin #26

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 10 PERSONS

Tucked at the very southern edge of the property, this cabin is the most secluded and private of them all. A small pathway just in front of the cabin leads directly to the lake, making it easy to wander down for a quiet morning by the water or an evening walk as the sun sets. Surrounded by nature and set apart from the other cabins, it offers a peaceful retreat for families or groups looking to relax and unwind.

As the largest and most accommodating cabin on the property, it comfortably hosts up to ten guests. Inside, the cabin features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with tubs, one located upstairs and the other downstairs, providing plenty of space for everyone to settle in.

The first bedroom includes a king bed along with two twin beds, making it perfect for families traveling with children. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds. Downstairs, a large back room provides additional sleeping space with a full-size futon. It's a great spot for a kids' play area or a quiet place to relax and nap. Please note that the back room does not have a door.

The cabin also includes a convenient mudroom with a bench—perfect for kicking off muddy boots after a day exploring the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and gather together. It includes a full-size range and stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Guests are welcome to bring their own coffee, or they can enjoy the complete coffee station available at the Lodge. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, silverware, stemware, and cutlery for up to ten guests, along with standard cookware such as pots and pans. (Bakeware is not provided.)

With its quiet setting, generous space, and easy access to the lake, this southern cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and the simple joys of cabin living.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 4 PERSONS

Experience a rustic, camp-style cabin stay with a few added comforts.

Each cabin features a queen bed on the main floor and a full-size mattress in a small sleeping loft accessed by a ladder. The loft is a compact sleeping space and is not designed for standing or sitting upright, making it best suited for children or guests comfortable with a traditional rustic cabin setup.

We have three cabins on the property, offering a peaceful, back-to-nature setting while providing a simple and comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring Elk Lake.

Please note: these are off-grid cabins with no power, water, or in-cabin amenities. Be sure to bring your own sleeping bags and pillows. Showers are available for purchase at the Lodge.

Each cabin includes a propane heater, table and chairs, two lanterns, along with a small deck and picnic table—perfect for relaxing outdoors. Seasonal campfire rings are also available; feel free to bring your own firewood or purchase some at the Lodge.

Parking includes space for one vehicle, and additional cars can be parked in the Upper Parking Lot after paying the parking fee.

Tents and pop-up shade tents are not permitted near the camping cabins.
